Er war quasi immer erreichbar und hat auch gerne mit uns ein Schwätzchen gehalten...Auch seine... read more beiden Katzen, die meist auf dem Zaun gesessen und uns begrüßt haben beim Nach-Hause-kommen, sollen nicht unerwähnt bleiben...Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts, selbst Gewürze und Kaffee gehören bei Fred zur Grundausstattung.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Highlight ist die Mona Lisa über dem Esstisch. Wer kann schon sagen, dass er unter ihren Augen gegessen hat?
Wir waren sehr traurig, dass wir nach einer Woche wieder zurück in die Heimat mussten, kommen aber auf jeden Fall noch einmal...

The neighborhood is full of stores, butcher stores, bakeries, bars.
Very quiet, safe and peaceful.
This is the best place where we spent our time.

The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, perfect for families. Paris centre is only 10 mins on the tram / train. Fred is a perfect host too; friendly, helpful and responsive - even when on holiday himself!

His response listing is as described and it is apparent that a lot of effort was put into the character of the home. Bij aankomst... read more gaf hij uitgever uitleg over de b&b maar ook het openbaar vervoer en de omgeving. Het appartement is mooi en schoon. Uitzicht op la defence, mooi en uniek uitzicht op de skyline. Heerlijk. Alles is aanwezig. Echt geweldig. Wij gingen iedere dag met de trein naar het centrum. 10 minuten. Erg fijne manier van reizen. En Parijs.... ❤️
In Parijs hebben we iedere dag de fiets gepakt vanwege het mooie weer. Wat een bijzondere beleving!
Bij het appartement zijn goede restaurants heel dichtbij, ook supermarkten en boulangeries.
