The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, perfect for families. Paris centre is only 10 mins on the tram / train. Fred is a perfect host too; friendly, helpful and responsive - even when on holiday himself!

Fred is a great host. He is gentle and kind. He keeps our request of before time arrival. He helped us in finding the best way to go to our works. Fred hat uns am nächsten Abend persönlich begrüßt. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns Tipps zu den öffentlichen Verbindungen gegeben. Anhand der Bilder sind wir von einem eigenen Balkon ausgegangen. Es war jedoch eine eingerichtete Sitzecke im Hinterhof. Dies nur zur Info. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Fred.

Er war quasi immer erreichbar und hat auch gerne mit uns ein Schwätzchen gehalten...Auch seine... read more beiden Katzen, die meist auf dem Zaun gesessen und uns begrüßt haben beim Nach-Hause-kommen, sollen nicht unerwähnt bleiben...Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts, selbst Gewürze und Kaffee gehören bei Fred zur Grundausstattung.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Highlight ist die Mona Lisa über dem Esstisch. Wer kann schon sagen, dass er unter ihren Augen gegessen hat?
Wir waren sehr traurig, dass wir nach einer Woche wieder zurück in die Heimat mussten, kommen aber auf jeden Fall noch einmal...
