Fred hat uns am nächsten Abend persönlich begrüßt. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns Tipps zu den öffentlichen Verbindungen gegeben. Anhand der Bilder sind wir von einem eigenen Balkon ausgegangen. Es war jedoch eine eingerichtete Sitzecke im Hinterhof. Dies nur zur Info. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Fred.

Fred is a great host. He is gentle and kind. He keeps our request of before time arrival. He helped us in finding the best way to go to our works. Also he helped in finding the nearby groceries and others. He is very responsive. Every request that we made was fulfilled by him. Hope to stay again in the Apartment!

His place is cozy and in a great location. Fred was there to answer all of our questions and truly made us feel at home. He has thought of many small details we haven’t seen at other places we have stayed. He is an exceptional host!

  Η διαμονή μας (4μελής οικογένεια) στο σπίτι του Fred μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Χώρος οργανωμένος, διακοσμημένος με πολύ γούστο με έργα τέχνης και αντικείμενα από ταξίδια και με μια σοφίτα που κέρδισε τα παιδιά από την πρώτη στιγμή. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη με όλα τα απαραίτητα: πιτσαρία, φούρνος, καφέ και super markets. Περπατώντας λίγο βρήκαμε και παιδική χαρά. O Fred, o οικοδεσπότης μας, απαντούσε αμέσως δίνοντας την καλύτερη δυνατή λύση. Το πιο σημαντικό για μια οικογένεια με παιδιά μας επέτρεψε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι μέχρι τις 7 την ημέρα της αναχώρησής μας γιατί είχαμε βραδινή πτήση. Ιδανικός χώρος για διαμονή στο Παρίσι!!!

Er war quasi immer erreichbar und hat auch gerne mit uns ein Schwätzchen gehalten...Auch seine... read more beiden Katzen, die meist auf dem Zaun gesessen und uns begrüßt haben beim Nach-Hause-kommen, sollen nicht unerwähnt bleiben...Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts, selbst Gewürze und Kaffee gehören bei Fred zur Grundausstattung.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Highlight ist die Mona Lisa über dem Esstisch. Wer kann schon sagen, dass er unter ihren Augen gegessen hat?
Wir waren sehr traurig, dass wir nach einer Woche wieder zurück in die Heimat mussten, kommen aber auf jeden Fall noch einmal...

  Fred was amazing host, very friendly and welcoming.
The apartment is lovely, equipped with everything you need, better than the photoraphs.
It is a 20 minute walk to the metro... read more station La Defensa (or 5 minutes by train). From La Defensa 30-40 minutes to the most important places.
The neighborhood is full of stores, butcher stores, bakeries, bars.
Very quiet, safe and peaceful.
This is the best place where we spent our time.

Bij aankomst... read more gaf hij uitgever uitleg over de b&b maar ook het openbaar vervoer en de omgeving. Het appartement is mooi en schoon. Uitzicht op la defence, mooi en uniek uitzicht op de skyline. Heerlijk. Alles is aanwezig. Echt geweldig. Wij gingen iedere dag met de trein naar het centrum. 10 minuten. Erg fijne manier van reizen. En Parijs.... ❤️
In Parijs hebben we iedere dag de fiets gepakt vanwege het mooie weer. Wat een bijzondere beleving!
Bij het appartement zijn goede restaurants heel dichtbij, ook supermarkten en boulangeries.

  I strongly recommend booking a stay at Fred’s place! After we got off to a stressful start with friends canceling, delayed flights and lost baggage, Fred was accommodating and supportive... read more through all of it. He helped us retrieve our luggage when we were not present at the home, offered to order us food and gave us plenty of local recommendations. His response listing is as described and it is apparent that a lot of effort was put into the character of the home. The location is very near all necessities and a 5 minute walk to the tram that can easily get you into the main city. Thank you for everything, Fred!
